摘要
环氧树脂作为一种综合性能优良、应用广泛的树脂,只有在交联固化为三维立体网络结构后,其优异的性能才能得以体现。环氧固化剂作为环氧树脂体系的重要组成成分,在其性能发挥上起着决定性作用。随着绿色化学理念的不断深入,以低毒甚至无毒的生物基材料制备环氧固化剂的研究得以极大推动。本文综述了近些年来国内外生物基环氧固化剂的应用研究进展,主要包括腰果酚、植物油、生物酸、生物醛、松香、木质素等类的研究成果。
Epoxy resin is a kind of widely used resin with excellent comprehensive performances. Only after crosslinking and curing into three-dimensional network structures,its excellent performances can be reflected. As an important component of epoxy resin system,epoxy curing agent plays a decisive role on its performance. With the continuous deepening of the concept of green chemistry,the research on preparation of epoxy curing agents with lowtoxic or even non-toxic bio-based materials has been greatly promoted. In this paper,the research progress of bio-based epoxy curing agents by domestic and foreign scholars in recent years was reviewed,mainly including the research achievements of cardanol,vegetable oil,bio-acid,bio-aldehyde,rosin,lignin and so on.
