利用分子标记辅助选择聚合水稻Pi-ta和fgr基因 被引量:8

摘要 为了选育抗稻瘟病的香稻材料,本研究以抗病高产品种‘辽粳401’为母本,以香型优质品种‘稻花香2号’为父本进行杂交,开展聚合育种。利用抗稻瘟病基因Pi-ta的基因标记与自主开发的香味基因fgr的功能标记对目标基因进行跟踪检测,并结合农艺性状的系统选择、稻瘟病的田间抗性鉴定以及香味测定等手段,成功地将这两个基因聚合到一起,并筛选到4个综合性状优良的抗稻瘟病香稻新品系‘辽粳香1号’~‘辽粳香4号’。性状分析表明,‘辽粳香1号’~‘辽粳香4号’的产量性状均优于对照‘盐粳48’,且抗性频率均在85%以上,达到抗性水平。本研究开发的fgr基因扩增受阻突变体系可有效地区分香型纯合和杂合植株,准确性和选择效率较高,为分子标记辅助选育香稻品种提供了高效的选择方法。 In order to breed blast resistant and fragrant rice variety,in this study,'Liaojing401',a disease-resistant and high-yield variety was used as female parent,and'Daohuaxiang2',a fragrant and high-quality variety was used as male parent for polymerization breeding.Molecular markers for blast resistance gene Pi-ta and fragrance gene fgr were utilized for genotypic detection in combination with agronamic traits selection,resistance identification and fragrant determination,the two genes were successfully pyramided together,and four new aromatic rice lines'Liaojingxiang1'to'Liaojingxiang4'with excellent comprehensive characteristics and resistance to rice blast were screened out.The results of comparative analysis indicated that the yield traits of'Liaojingxiang1'to'Liaojingxiang4'were all better than those of control'Yanjing48',and the resistance frequency was over 85%,reaching the resistance level.The Terra-primer Amplification Refractory Mutation PCR System for fgr gene developed in this study can effectively distinguish homozygous and heterozygous plants with high accuracy and selection efficiency,providing an efficient selection method for molecular marker assisted selection of fragrant rice varieties.
