花期喷施外源ABA对藜麦生产性状以及籽实品质的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Exogenous ABA Spraying at Flowering Stage on Production Characters and Seed Quality of Quinoa

摘要 为探明外源ABA对藜麦生殖生长期生物量积累、生产性状、籽实品质的调控作用,提升藜麦籽实品质以及生物产量。本研究选用国内首个藜麦品种‘陇藜1号’,采用单因素完全随机设计,以外源ABA的不同浓度为变量,依据前期温室预实验结果,设置三个ABA浓度梯度分别为12、24?和36 mg/L,和喷施清水对照组(CK)。检测和分析藜麦生物量积累、生产性状、籽实品质的变化,明确ABA对生殖生长期藜麦的调控作用以及其较适宜浓度。结果表明,不同浓度的ABA对藜麦的调控作用有所差异,低浓度12 mg/LABA处理无调控作用或作用时长较短,高浓度36 mg/LABA处理会产生显著的抑制作用。24 mg/L ABA能够调节同化物向生殖生长的分配,提高藜麦花序物质量积累;增加茎叶含水量以提高藜麦的抗旱性;有效降低株高减少藜麦倒伏率;加快藜麦灌浆期的灌浆速度,增加藜麦籽实的充实度和产量;增加籽实中蛋白质含量,促进藜麦籽实中蛋白质合成积累。综合不同浓度外源ABA作用效果,24 mg/L外源ABA处理后藜麦性状指标、产量和品质表现最好,有利于藜麦品质和产量的同步提升,提高了藜麦中种植的经济效益。本研究对藜麦的抗逆增产有着积极的作用。 In order to explore the regulation effect of exogenous ABA on biomass accumulation,production traits,seed quality of quinoa during the reproductive growth period.To improve seed quality and biological yield of quinoa.This study was a single design with cultivar'Longli 1'as plant material,and different concentrations of exogenous ABA were taken as variables.According to the preliminary greenhouse experiment results,there were three different densities including 12,24 and 36 mg/L.Sprayingwater was set as a control group.To detect and analyse the changes of detection biomass accumulation,production characters and seed quality of quinoa.Clarify the regulatory effect of ABA on quinoa during reproductive growth and its suitable concentration.The experiment results indicated that different concentrations of ABA had different regulatory effects on quino.The low concentration of 12 mg/L ABA had no regulation effect or the effect duration was short.But the treatment with high concentration of 36 mg/L ABA could produce significant inhibitory effects.24 mg/L ABA chould regulate the distribution of assimilates to reproductive growth to improve matter accumulation of influence.And increasing stem and leaf water content to improve drought resistance.Effectively shorten plant heigh to improve drought resistance of quinoa.Improve the filling speed at the grain filling stage,increase plumpness of grains and also the protein content in quinoa seeds.According to the effects of Exogenous ABA at different concentrations,the character indexes,yield and quality of quinoa treated with 24 mg/L ABA were the best.Which is conducive to the synchronous improvement of quinoa quality and yield,and improve the economic benefits of quinoa.This study has a positive effect on the yield increase of quinoa under stress.
