构建现代警务模式是新时代对公安工作的新要求,是确保高铁安全的战略需要,也是公安工作现实发展的需要。杭州铁路公安处秉持民生警务、数据警务、主动警务、法治警务、创新警务理念,以智能警务建设为基础,以“情指勤舆”一体化机制建设为枢纽,以勤务机制改革为动力,以防范打击机制为手段,以执法规范化建设为保障,在构建现代警务模式方面进行了探索,取得了一定成效。

With the primary consideration of people.s well-being and concepts of data-driving policing, active service, rule of law and the policing innovation, Hangzhou Railway Public Security Division devotes to building modern policing and makes some progress, which is based on intelligence construction, centered on the integrated“intelligence command service publicity”coordination, driven by policing mechanism reform, activated by preventive and strike measures, regulated by law enforcement standardization.
