The paper explored the value of point massage combined with Auricular Point Acupressure methods on patients with hypertension and sleep disorders.Sixty patients with hypertension and sleep disorders who were treated at the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from May 2019 to November 2021 were randomly selected. They were divided into a control group(n=30)and an experimental group(n=30)according to the odd and even numbers of hospitalized patients.Patients in the control group were given conventional care and point massage, and the experimental group were given in the above operation combined with Auricular Point Acupressure methods,to compare the sleep quality and blood pressure control of the two groups. The blood pressure control status of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the PSQI score comparison between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05),and the PSQI score showed a significant decrease after the intervention(P<0.05),and the PSQI score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The application of point massage combined with Auricular Point Acupressure methods on patients with hypertension and sleep disorders can effectively improve sleep disorders and control blood pressure, which is easy to operate and worth promoting.
