对急性心肌梗死患者实施预见性护理干预的效果

探究对急性心肌梗死患者实施预见性护理干预的效果.选取蚌埠医学院第一附属医院自2018年4月1日~2019年10月1日期间收治的120例急性心肌梗死患者进行观察,随机分为研究组(60例)和对照组(60例).对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施预见性护理,比较两组患者心理状况和并发症发生率情况.结果表明:研究组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者出现焦虑和抑郁的程度更低(P<0.05).对急性心肌梗死患者实施预见性护理干预,能显著降低并发症的发生,通过对患者进行针对性心理疏导,可进一步提高治愈效果.

The paper explored the effects of preventive nursing interventions for patients with acute myocardial infarction.One hundred and twenty patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from April 1,2018 to October 1,2019 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into study group(n=60)and control group(n=60).The control group implemented conventional care and the study group implemented preventive nursing,comparing the psychological status and the occurrence of complications between the two groups.The results showed that the incidence of complications was lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05),and patients in the study group experienced lower levels of anxiety and depression(P<0.05).Implementing preventive nursing for patients with acute myocardial infarction can significantly reduce the occurrence of complications.Cure outcomes can be further improved by providing targeted psychological guidance for patients.
