摘要
目的研究百合科贝母属浙贝母Fritillaria thunbergii Miq.干燥鳞茎的化学成分。方法运用硅胶柱色谱、C_(18)反向柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱对浙贝母的化学成分进行分离纯化,并结合理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其化学结构。结果从浙贝母鳞茎提取物中分离得到了8个单体化合物,分别鉴定为:浙贝乙素(Ⅰ)、pingbeimunone A(Ⅱ)、湖贝甲素(Ⅲ)、贝母辛(Ⅳ)、浙贝乙素氮氧化物(V)、浙贝甲素氮氧化物(Ⅵ)、3,16α,17-三羟基贝壳杉烷(Ⅶ)和ent-kauran-15en-17-ol(Ⅷ)。结论化合物Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅶ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of bulbs and stems of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq.METHODS The constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel,C_(18) reversed phase column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,and their structures were identified by physical-chemical constants and spectral data.RESULTS Eight compounds were isolated and were identified as verticinone(Ⅰ),pingbeimunone A(Ⅱ),hupehenine(Ⅲ),peimisine(Ⅳ),verticinone-N-oxide(V),verticine-N-oxide(Ⅵ),3,16α,17-trihydroxy kaurene(Ⅶ),and ent-kauran-15en-17-ol(Ⅷ).CONCLUSION CompoundsⅡ,ⅢandⅦare isolated from the plant for the first time.
