摘要
枸杞子是传统的药食两用的名贵药材和滋补佳品,功效独特且资源丰富,在中国分布广泛。在对枸杞子化学成分、传统功效、现代药理作用研究的基础上,结合中药质量标志物(Q-marker)理论,从传统功效、药性、疗效、炮制、配伍、产地、化学成分特有性及可测性等方面探讨枸杞子的Q-marker,可为枸杞子的质量控制和品质评价提供依据。
Lycii fructus is a traditional Chinese medicinal material and tonic food with unique efficacy and rich resources,and it is widely distributed in China.The chemical constituents,pharmacological effects and clinical application of L.fructus are reviewed and analyzed,based on which the quality markers(Q-marker)of L.fructus has been predicted and analyzed from traditional efficacy,medicinal properties,clinical efficacy,processing method,origin,characteristic and measurability of chemical composition and other aspects.This study has provided a scientific basis for the quality control and quality evaluation of L.fructus.
