转移性乳腺癌免疫治疗研究现状

Research progress of immunotherapy for metastatic breast cancer

目的探讨转移性乳腺癌免疫治疗研究进展。方法通过检索国内外文献,对转移性乳腺癌免疫治疗相关文献加以综述。结果近年来,免疫治疗在转移性乳腺癌患者中得到初步尝试,在转移性乳腺癌的治疗展现了其独特的价值,为提高治疗效果及延长患者的生存时间提供了新途径。结论免疫疗法在三阴性转移性乳腺癌中最为有效。需要发展免疫肿瘤学组合,以提高乳腺癌免疫治疗的临床效益。

Objective To summarize the research progress of immunotherapy for metastatic breast cancer.Method Literatures about immunotherapy for metastatic breast cancer were reviewed by searching the literatures in domestic and foreign database.Results In recent years,immunotherapy had been initially attempted in patients with metastatic breast cancer and showed its unique value.It provided a new way to improve the therapeutic effect and prolong the survival time of patients with metastatic breast cancer.Conclusions Immunotherapy is the most effective in triplenegative metastatic breast cancers.The immuno-oncology needs to be developed to improve the clinical benefits of immunotherapy for breast cancer.
