Study on 66 kV Power Collection System of Offshore Wind Farm

摘要 随着海上风电机组单机容量和风场规模的不断增长,以35 kV作为场内集电系统的电压等级将逐渐成为海上风电发展的瓶颈。基于此情况,提出66 kV集电系统作为35 kV集电系统的替代方案,通过技术性研究比对,发现相对常规35 kV集电系统,采用66 kV集电方案后场内集电海缆长度约减小30%~40%,总资本支出减少17%~31%;在场址规模相同条件下,66 kV集电海缆的敷设工期和有功损耗远低于35 kV方案,而且海底电缆故障率更低;当风机单机容量大于8 MW时,采用66 kV集电系统总费用比35 kV方案约节省3.0%~6.4%,此时66 kV集电系统体现出更优的经济性。研究结果可为海上风电场集电系统设计提供参考。 With the continuous growth of offshore wind turbine and wind farm scale,taking 35 kV as the voltage level of on⁃site power collection system will gradually become the bottleneck restricting the development of offshore wind power.66 kV array ma⁃rine cable system was proposed as an alternative to 35 kV.Through technical research and comparison,it is found that compared with the conventional 35 kV power collection system,after adopting the 66 kV power collection scheme,the length of power collection submarine cable in the field is reduced by about 30%~40%,and the total capital expenditure is reduced by 17%~31%.Under the same site scale,the laying period and active power loss of 66 kV collecting submarine cable are much lower than that of 35 kV scheme,and the failure rate of submarine cable is lower.When the unit capacity of the fan is greater than 8 MW,the total cost of the 66 kV power collection system is about 3.0%~6.4%less than that of the 35 kV scheme.Therefore,the 66 kV collector system shows better economy.The research results can be used as a reference for the design of power collection system of offshore wind farm.
