大黄对一氯均三嗪-β-环糊精接枝棉织物的染色性能研究

摘要 为了提高天然染料大黄对棉织物的上染率,采用一氯均三嗪-β-环糊精(MCT-β-CD)对棉织物进行接枝。MCT-β-CD为棉织物提供了疏水腔,以捕捉更多的疏水型天然染料,因为天然染料大黄可以通过主客体相互作用与MCT-β-CD形成包容化合物。红外测试结果表明,MCT-β-CD可以成功接枝到棉织物上。染色结果表明,MCT-β-CD接枝棉织物的最佳染色工艺为:染料浓度(1%)、pH(7)、温度(40℃)和时间(60min),所得棉织物的最大K/S值为5.34。此外,MCT-β-CD的疏水空腔结构不仅可以改善染色性能,还可以改善棉织物的牢度性能。 The main objective of this work was to improve natural dye rhubarb substantivity for cotton fabrics by modification cotton fabrics with monochlorotriazine-β-CD(MCT-β-CD). MCT-β-CD provided hydrophobic cavities to the cotton fabric to catch more hydrophobic natural dyes,because the natural dye rhubarb could form an inclusion compound with MCT-β-CD through host-guest interaction. The FT-IR results demonstrated that the MCT-β-CD had been successfully grafted onto cotton fabric. Dyeing results showed that the maximum color strength of dyed cotton was 5.34 under the optimum conditions of dye concentration(1%), bath pH(7), temperature(40oC) and time(60min). Furthermore, the hydrophobic cavities structure of MCT-β-CD not only could improve the dyeing property, but also could improve fastness properties of cotton fabrics.
