摘要
分析再生有色涤纶短纤的技术特性,并与原生涤纶的性能进行比较,针对再生有色涤纶短纤断裂强度低和断裂伸长率低的缺陷,应用柔性工艺,减少了在开松、梳理和牵伸过程中对纤维的损伤。结果表明:优化工艺后,成纱质量水平提高,在降低千米棉结和十万米纱疵方面效果明显,同时提高了自络生产效率,可为色纺企业提高纱线品质,提供实践经验和工艺创新思路。
The technical characteristics of regenerated colored polyester staple fiber are analyzed and compared with the properties of original polyester fiber. Aiming at the defects of low breaking strength and low elongation at break of regenerated colored polyester staple fiber, flexible process is applied to reduce the damage to fiber during opening, carding and drafting. The results show that after optimizing the process, the finished yarn quality level is improved, and the effect is obvious in reducing neps per kilometer and yarn defects per 100,000 meters. Meanwhile, the self-winding production efficiency is improved, which can provide practical experience and innovative ideas for yarn quality improvement of color spinning enterprises.
