摘要 为了提高小区改造项目的整体生产效率,降低项目成本,将三维激光扫描技术应用到某小区改造项目中。首先,利用三维激光扫描仪扫描获取小区内所有建筑物及周边环境的点云数据;其次,通过徕卡Cyclone软件对采集的原始点云数据进行点云拼接和点云去噪等处理,将得到的完整点云数据导入EPS三维测图软件,绘制小区建筑物及附属物的平面图与立面图;最后,将实地测量的建筑物尺寸与基于点云提取的建筑物尺寸进行对比。结果表明,三维激光扫描技术可以采集得到场景中的所有点云数据,其成图精度满足相关规范要求。 In order to improve the overall production efficiency of the community reconstruction project and reduce the project cost,3D laser scanning technology is applied to a community reconstruction project.Firstly,the point cloud data of all buildings and surrounding environment in the community are scanned by 3D laser scanner;Secondly,the collected original point cloud data is processed by point cloud splicing and point cloud denoising through Leica Cyclone software,and the obtained complete point cloud data is imported into EPS 3D mapping software to draw the floor plans and elevation of residential buildings and accessories;Finally,the building size measured in the field is compared with the building size extracted based on point cloud.The results show that 3D laser scanning technology can collect toal point cloud data in the scene,and its mapping accuracy meets the requirements of relevant specifications.
