区块链技术的快速发展为司法执行提供了新的视野与方法,将其应用于司法执行可推动执行信息化向纵深发展、更为便捷地共享执行信息、提高执行效率。区块链应用于司法执行符合科学技术“为善”的初衷,执行的特殊性及区块链技术应用于执行的历史及发展趋势决定了区块链技术必将广泛运用于执行。区块链技术应用于执行也存在一定风险。应当进一步改进基于区块链技术的执行平台系统,大力发展区块链关键技术,进一步完善相关政策与法律,促进执行中“代码”与法律的融合。
