摘要
针对点云三维建模中一般空间任意姿态的柱面拟合问题,提出通过豪斯霍尔德变换直接求得测量坐标系和柱面坐标系的旋转矩阵。详细介绍了先由点云法向量计算得到轴向向量,通过豪斯霍尔德变换再进行投影,达到降维处理,再拟合平面多项式曲线,最后扩展到三维空间以达到拟合一般曲面的目的。通过实例计算与分析论证该方法拟合的曲面精度可靠且有效可行。
To tackle the cylindrical fitting problem of general spatial arbitrary posture in point cloud 3D modeling,this paper proposes to obtain the rotation matrix of measuring coordinate system and cylindrical coordinate system directly by Householder transform.First,the axial vectors are obtained through the vector calculation of s point clouds,then they are projected through Householder transformation to reduce the dimension.After that,they are fitted to plane polynomial curves,and finally extend to 3D space to fit general surfaces.The example calculation and analysis prove that the surface fitting accuracy of this method is reliable and effective.
