油气长输站场内压力管道技术和管理要求探讨

Discussion on Technology and Management Requirements of Pressure Pipeline in Oil and Gas Transmission Station

随着我国长输管道建设的发展,油气长输站场内压力管道的设计、安装、使用管理、检验等环节采用的标准不一,给实际生产运营带来一定影响.针对这一问题,对站场压力管道标准体系和管道设计、施工、检验、使用管理等环节所采取标准的关键指标要求进行对比,结合国家安全技术规范对站场压力管道的现行管理要求,提出了油气长输站场内压力管道的类别划分建议,为站场内压力管道的安全平稳运行和使用管理提供技术支撑.

With the development of long-distance pipeline construction in China,different standards are adopted in the design,installation,use management and inspection of pressure pipelines in oil and gas long-distance transmission stations,which has a certain impact on the actual production and operation.To settle this issue,this paper compared the standard system of pressure pipelines in stations with the key index requirements of standards adopted in pipeline design,construction,inspection and use management.Combined with the current management requirements of national safety technical specifications for pressure pipelines in stations,this paper puts forward suggestions on the classification of pressure pipelines in long-distance oil and gas transmission stations,so as to provide technical support for the safe and stable operation and management of pressure pipes in the stations.
