摘要 高温炉管是电站锅炉的重要部件之一,其工作环境为高温高压,在此条件下长期运行,其材料性能会明显下降,从而加剧炉管寿命的缩短,因此对长期使用的高温炉管进行状态检查和寿命评估是十分必要的.本文利用ODS2002氧化皮厚度测量仪及寿命预测装置,对山东某电厂高温炉管开展氧化层厚度检测,评估其剩余寿命,为电厂年度大修提供理论依据与检修意见. The high temperature furnace tube,which works under high temperature and high pressure,is an important part of the power plant boiler.The material properties of the high temperature furnace tube will obviously decline in long-term operation under high temperature and high pressure,thus aggravating the shortening of furnace tube life.Therefore,it is very necessary to check the condition and evaluate the residual life of long-term high temperature furnace tubes.In this paper,ODS2002 Oxide thickness measuring instrument and life assessment system is used to evaluate the residual life of the high temperature furnace tube in Shandong power plant by testing the thickness of oxide layer,which provides theoretical basis and maintenance advice for the annual overhaul of the power plant.
