摘要
炉排炉和循环流化床锅炉是目前两大生活垃圾焚烧的主流工艺,2种工艺的焚烧机理和生活垃圾适应性各不相同,导致污染物排放和运行经济性也不相同.文章对2种不同的炉型在焚烧同一种垃圾时的运行工况进行研究,分析了2种炉型反应机理和垃圾适应性,研究了2种炉型的污染物排放指标和焚烧经济性指标,并给出了2种炉型未来发展的建议.
Grate furnace and circulating fluidized bed boiler are two main processes of municipal solid waste incineration technologies.The incineration mechanism and adaptability of the two technologies are different,resulting in different pollutant discharge and operation economy.Two different types of furnaces are selected to study the operation conditions of the same type of garbage incineration,the reflection mechanism and garbage adaptability of the two types of furnaces are analyzed,the pollutant emission index and economic index of incineration of the two types of furnaces are studied,and some suggestions for the future development of two furnace types are given.
