一起塔式起重机拆卸倒塌事故的技术分析

摘要 本文围绕一起社会影响较大的塔式起重机拆卸倒塌事故,对事故塔式起重机主体结构、爬升架、标准节、过渡节及顶升装置等主要部件受损情况进行勘察,结合塔式起重机安全监控数据,由浅至深、从局部至整体剖析了事故设备的倒塌过程及事故塔式起重机发生的主要原因,并进一步总结了塔式起重机拆卸工作存在的不足因素. This paper mainly focuses on a tower crane collapse accident with great social influence.Through the damage investigation of the main structures of the accident tower crane such as the major structure,the climbing lift frame,the standard section,the transition section and the lifting device,combined with the safety monitoring data of the tower crane,this paper analyzes the collapse process of the accident equipment and the main causes of the accident tower crane from shallow to deep and from local to whole,and further summarizes the shortcomings of tower crane disassembly work.
