摘要
国内某电厂采用了首台具有知识产权的1000 MW机组蛇形管式高压加热器,运行过程中出现泄漏.本文采用内窥镜检查发现泄漏是由集箱管接头处换热管断裂引起的,对换热管断口形貌、高压加热器运行数据以及生产制造记录方面进行研究分析.结果表明:在高压加热器生产制造过程中集箱管接头角焊缝处产生的缺陷和管接头处存在的绞刀痕是引起换热管泄漏断裂的主要原因.
Leakage was found during the operation of a 1000 MW snake-tube type high pressure heater,which was the first application in a domestic power plant with independent intellectual property.The leakage was caused by the fracture of the heat exchange pipe at the header nozzle through endoscopy.By further analysis of the fracture morphology of the pipe,the operation data and manufacture records,it’s confirmed that the welding defects in the fillet and the cutter mark at the reducing diameter of header nozzle are the main reasons of leakage and fracture of the heat exchange tube.
