摘要
矿业是我国能源型产业,受到传统历史发展体制的影响,矿产行业面临着较大的历史遗留性问题,比如环境问题、能源利用问题、可持续发展问题等,这些问题的长期堆积直接影响着采矿行业的转型升级,也影响采矿工程绿色开采理念的落实、目标的实现。碳达峰碳中和绿色转型是当前采矿行业针对于气候问题提出的发展主题,我国十三届人大四次会议指出我国需要有效做好碳排放达峰行动方案,以此推动采矿工程绿色低碳转型升级。对此,本文主要探讨采矿工程中绿色开采的应用研究和思考。
Mining is an energy industry in China.Affected by the traditional historical development system,the mining industry is facing large historical problems,such as environmental problems,energy utilization problems,sustainable development problems,etc.the long-term accumulation of these problems directly affects the transformation and upgrading of the mining industry,as well as the implementation of the green mining concept and the realization of the goal of mining engineering.Carbon peaking,carbon neutralization and green transformation is the development theme proposed by the mining industry for climate issues.The fourth session of the 13th National People’s Congress pointed out that China needs to effectively do a good job in the action plan for carbon emission peaking,so as to promote the green and low-carbon transformation and upgrading of mining projects.In this regard,this paper mainly discusses the application research and thinking of green mining in mining engineering.
