成核剂对煤基高熔指聚丙烯K4860H性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 研究了磷酸盐类成核剂NA-21、山梨醇成核剂NA-98和最新一代透明成核剂NX8000K对煤基高熔指聚丙烯K4860H透明性能、力学性能和结晶性能等的影响。结果表明:首先,三种成核剂均可大幅降低K4860H的雾度,其中NX8000K效果最好,最低可使其雾度降低至8.2%,体现出良好的透明性。其次,三种成核剂均可提高K4860H的拉伸强度、弯曲模量和冲击强度,并结合浓度效应以山梨醇成核剂NA-98的提升效果最明显。最后,三种成核剂使聚丙烯的结晶温度提升了10℃以上。此外,不同成核剂的引入对K4860H的熔融指数影响不大,即成核剂的引入不需要进行聚丙烯加工工艺的调整。 The effects of phosphate nucleating agent NA-21,sorbitol nucleating agent NA-98 and the latest generation transparent nucleating agent NX8000K on the transparency,mechanical properties and crystallization properties of coal-based high melting index polypropylene K4860H were studied.The results show that:firstly,the three nucleating agents can greatly reduce the haze of K4860H,among which NX8000K has the best effect,and the lowest can reduce its haze to 8.2%,showing good transparency.Secondly,all three nucleating agents can improve the tensile strength,flexural modulus and impact strength of K4860H,and combined with the concentration effect,the sorbitol nucleating agent NA-98 has the most obvious improvement effect.Finally,the three nucleating agents increased the crystallization temperature of polypropylene by more than 10℃.In addition,the introduction of different nucleating agents has little effect on the melt index of K4860H,that is,the introduction of nucleating agents does not require adjustment of polypropylene processing technology.
