摘要 江苏省某燃煤电厂的污泥协同处置项目采用“低品位蒸汽干化+燃煤掺混入炉焚烧”的技术路线,充分利用电厂内部土地,以及电厂现有余热资源,实现污泥协同处置系统与燃煤电厂系统的有机结合。项目的污泥处置能力决定了项目的厂房大小、处理能力。工艺系统的除臭则决定了电厂运行人员的接受程度。文章对上述两个关键问题进行了分析,并对项目的经济效益、碳减排效益进行了计算。结果表明,该项目对电厂方及项目投资方国能龙源环保公司均有一定的经济效益,并且该项目可有效减少燃煤电厂碳排放约16万吨/年,社会效益显著。 The sludge co-processing project of a coal-fired power plant in Jiangsu Province adopts the technical route of“low-grade steam drying+coal blending into the furnace for incineration”,making full use of the internal land of the power plant and the existing waste heat resources of the power plant to realize a sludge co-processing system organically integrated with coal-fired power plant systems.The sludge disposal capacity of the project determines the size and treatment capacity of the project’s plant.The deodorization of the process system determines the acceptance level of the power plant operators.The article analyzes the above two key issues,and calculates the economic benefits and carbon emission reduction benefits of the project.The results show that the project has certain economic benefits for the power plant and the project investor,National Energy Longyuan Environmental Protection Company,and the project can effectively reduce the carbon emissions of coal-fired power plants by about 160,000 tons/year,with significant social benefits.
