摘要 VUCA时代下,组织的生存与发展面临挑战。组织管理更应注重与环境匹配时的适应性,而在适应性的多重复杂维度中,内适应和外适应是组织管理中最为显著和典型的矛盾体。面向中国组织管理实践,结合适应性相关理论文献,从组织管理的基本特征、分析原则和实践准则等角度入手,探索实现内适应与外适应协调平衡的机制。基于自然选择和能动选择的交互作用、开放合作和独立自主的弹性平衡、顶层设计和实践探索的动态结合,提出了动因分析、边界分析和过程分析等3个组织管理适应性分析原则,并进一步提出了组织管理适应性的共益准则、共生准则和柔性准则。 In the VUCA era,the survival and development of organizations are facing challenges.Organizational management should pay more attention to the adaptability when matching with the environment. Among the multiple repeated and miscellaneous dimensions of adaptability, internal adaptation and external adaptation are the most significant and typical contradictions in organizational management. Facing the practice of Chinese organization management, combined with the relevant theoretical literature of adaptability, this paper explores the mechanism to realize the coordination and balance of internal adaptation and external adaptation from the perspective of the basic characteristics, analysis principles and practical norms of organization management. Based on the interaction of natural selection and dynamic selection, the elastic balance of open cooperation and independence, and the dynamic combination of top-level design and practical exploration, this paper puts forward three principles of organizational management adaptability analysis, such as motivation analysis, boundary analysis and process analysis, and further puts forward the common benefit criterion, symbiosis criterion and flexibility criterion of organizational management adaptability.
