摘要
科普人才是建成创新型国家的中流砥柱,其培训质量决定着科学技术的传播与普及。文章基于CIPP评价模式,从背景、输入、过程、结果 4个维度对当前的科普人才培训质量进行抽样调查。结论表明,当前培训项目受到科普工作者的普遍欢迎,培训投入和准备工作也比较充分;但也存在培训供给不足、培训过程缺乏互动、内容时效性有待提升的问题。需要进一步扩大培训规模、顺应学员的个性特征、加强培训过程中的交流互动、关注学员常态化研修需求。
Popular science talents are the mainstay of building an innovative country, and the quality of their training determines the dissemination and popularization of science and technology. This article draws on the CIPP evaluation mode to sample the quality of the current popular science training projects from four dimensions:context, input, process and product. The conclusion shows that: training programs are widely welcomed by popular science workers, and training input and preparation are relatively sufficient;but there are also problems of insufficient training supply, lack of interaction and content timeliness to be improved.It is necessary to further expand the training scale, conform to the personality characteristics of students, strengthen the exchange and interaction in the training process, and pay attention to the normal research needs of students.
