摘要 随着我国网络科技的快速发展,人们的生活质量有了大幅提升,而生活节奏的加快使得外卖产业应运而生。多样的选择、便捷的方式使外卖服务深受年轻人的喜爱,已然成为人们日常生活必不可少的一部分。但食品原材料质量参差不齐、制作过程不透明、生产配送流程存在不规范行为以及监管力度的欠缺,导致外卖行业食品安全问题时有发生,外卖食品安全性也成了民生健康的重要聚焦点。本文分析了外卖行业中常见的安全问题,并针对其诱因提出了相应的对策和建议。 With the rapid development of network technology in China,people’s quality of life has been greatly improved,and the acceleration of the pace of life makes the take-away food service emerge as the times require.A variety of choices and convenient ways make the take-away service popular with young people and has become an indispensable part of people’s daily life.However,due to the uneven quality of ingredients,opaque production process,possible non-standard production and delivery process and lack of supervision,food safety problems in the take-away industry occur from time to time,and the food safety has also become an important focus of people’s health.This paper analyzes the common safety problems in the take-out industry,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to their incentives.
