Food is a necessity for the survival of human life.The energy given by food supports human beings to engage in various social activities such as production and labor.With the improvement of national comprehensive strength,people’s living standards are gradually improved,and the requirements for food safety are higher and higher.Food safety is a livelihood issue,related to the stability of the society and the country,among which,food testing is an important means of testing food safety,for the consumer market to keep the last checkpoint.Based on the analysis of the meaning and common types of food testing,this paper fully analyzes the importance of food testing to food safety,and puts forward corresponding strategies for the current problems,in order to improve the quality of supervision and provide guarantee for food safety.
