With the improvement of people’s awareness of food safety,food safety has become the focus of public opinion,and ensure food safety has become a key topic.As a powerful measure to ensure food safety,sampling inspection of food safety supervision is of great significance in the field of food supervision.This paper analyzes food supervision from the overview of food safety supervision and sampling inspection,examples of unqualified items and reason analysis to provides decision-making reference for preventing food safety accidents.
