食品加工安全问题及策略研究

摘要 随着我国经济水平的高速提升,人们的物质生活逐渐丰富。与此同时,人们不再追求吃饱,更注重吃好。然而,当前互联网购物的兴起让消费者能够购买到全国的各种食物,在此过程中的食品安全无法得到保证。食品质量不合格、食品超出保质期以及没有任何资质等食品更是大大危害着消费者的合法权益以及生命安全。所以,在食品安全问题中最为主要的是食品加工的规范性。基于此,本文对食品加工安全问题及策略进行了研究,以期为消费者提供高质量、安全的食品。 With the rapid improvement of my country’s economic level,people’s material life is gradually enriched.At the same time,people no longer pursue fullness,but pay more attention to eating well.However,the current rise of internet shopping allows consumers to buy a variety of foods across the country,and food safety cannot be guaranteed in the process.Unqualified food quality,food beyond the expiry date,and lack of any qualifications greatly endanger the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and the safety of their lives.Therefore,the most important issue in food safety is the standardization of food processing.Based on this,this paper studies the safety issues and strategies of food processing in order to provide consumers with high-quality and safe food.
