摘要
磺胺类药物在人体内蓄积浓度超过一定值可对人体产生危害。因此,建立一种快捷、准确、高效和适用性广的磺胺类药物残留检测方法很有必要。本文建立了基体固相扩散-固相萃取-高效液相色谱-紫外检测法同时分析蜂蜜中9种磺胺类药物残留量。该方法对蜂蜜加标回收率为63.1%~105.1%,相对标准偏差为5.7%~15.2%,最低检出限为4~6μg/kg,可用于蜂蜜中磺胺类药物残留的分析检测。
The accumulation concentration of sulfonamides in human body exceeds a certain value,which can cause harm to human body.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a rapid,accurate,efficient and widely applicable method for the determination of sulfonamides residues.A matrix solid phase diffusion solid phase extraction high performance liquid chromatography ultraviolet detection method was established for the simultaneous analysis of 9 sulfonamides residues in honey.The recovery of honey spiked by this method is 63.1%~105.1%,the relative standard deviation is 5.7%~15.2%,and the minimum detection limit is 4~6μg/kg,which can be used for the analysis and detection of sulfonamides residues in honey..
