南昌市师范院校食育开展现状及促进策略

摘要 目的:了解南昌市师范院校食育开展情况。方法:采用整群抽样法,抽取某师范院校大二年级师范类专业6个班级,进行师范生食育现状及学校食育开展情况调查。结果:该师范院校师范生营养知识水平有待提升,得分率仅为62%,性别及专业存在差异,女生的营养知识储备多于男生,传统文科类专业营养知识储备最多;师范生获取食育知识的主要途径是网络及学校教育;师范生食育实践意愿方式存在差异,女生更愿意践行食育主题实践活动(如美食制作、学校自然角、春游等);学校开展食育活动的形式更倾向于理论,缺乏食育实践活动。结论:师范院校食育开展情况不容乐观,应采取多途径激趣式宣传、多课程合作式教育、多教师沉浸式教研等措施,提高师范生食育知识储备量,提升食育实践能力。 Objective:To understand the development of food education in normal colleges in Nanchang city.Method:Cluster sampling was used to select 6 classes in a normal university,and investigate the current situation of food education of normal students and the development of food education in the school.Result:The nutritional knowledge level of the normal university students needs to be improved,the scoring rate is only 62%,there are differences between gender and major,female students have more nutritional knowledge than male students,and the nutritional knowledge reserve of traditional arts majors is the largest.The way of normal university students acquiring food education knowledge mainly depends on the network and school education.There were differences in food education practice intention,and girls were more willing to practice food education themed practice activities(such as food making,school nature corner,spring outing,etc.).The form of food education activities in schools is more theoretical than practical.Conclusion:The situation of food education in normal colleges is not optimistic.Measures should be taken to improve the knowledge reserve of food education and the practical ability of food education of normal college students,such as multi-channel exciting publicity,multi-course cooperative education and multiteacher immersion teaching and research.
