摘要
粮油食品安全关乎人们的生活质量和身体健康安全,始终是社会大众关注的重点问题之一。在食品质量检测的过程中,气相色谱技术的应用极为重要,它能有效地提升食品质量检测技术水平。气相色谱技术作为一种操作简单、应用范围广泛的食品安全监测技术,主要分为食用油溶剂残留量和油脂分类检测、对粮食产品的农药残余和储存毒素检测、食品添加剂检测3种类型。文章以此为基础对气相色谱技术在未来食品质量安全监测中的发展前景进行分析,旨在为从事食品安全检测工作的相关工作人员提供一定的帮助与借鉴,促进我国食品质量检测技术的提升。
Grain,oil and food safety is related to the people’s quality of life and health safety,and has always been one of the key issues concerned by the public.In the process of food quality detection,the application of gas chromatography technology is very important,which can effectively improve the technical level of food quality detection.As a simple and widely used food safety monitoring technology,gas chromatography is mainly divided into three types:classification detection of solvent residues and oils in edible oil,detection of pesticide residues and stored toxins in food products,and detection of food additives.Based on this,this paper analyzed the development prospect of gas chromatography technology in food quality and safety monitoring in the future to provide some helpful reference for the relevant staff engaged in food safety testing,and promote the improvement of food quality testing technology in China.
