2021年山东省某县部分市售食品中铝残留量的测定

摘要 含铝添加剂摄入过多会在人体内积蓄,对人体健康造成损伤,然而在实际生活中,含铝添加剂在食品中经常被使用。为了解山东省某县食品中含铝添加剂的使用情况,本次从山东省某县食品市场随机抽取189份样品,进行铝残留量的检测。结果表明,本次抽取的样品铝的残留量均在国家限量(100 mg/kg)内,符合《食品安全国家标准食品添加剂使用标准》(GB 2760—2014)的要求,因此消费者可以放心食用。 Excessive intake of aluminum containing additives will accumulate in the human body and cause damage to human health. However, in real life, aluminum containing additives are often used in food. In order to understand the use of aluminum containing additives in food in a county in Shandong province, 189 samples were randomly selected from the county’s food market for aluminum residue detection. The results showed that the inspection samples’ residual aluminum content are all within national limitation standard(within 100 mg/kg), which met the requirements of GB 2760—2014. Therefore, consumers can eat them with reassurance.
