摘要
随着社会经济的高速发展,人们的生活水平不断提高,传统饮食习惯也出现了一定的变化,只有不断地进行创新和发展,才能使中式餐饮更好地满足社会发展的需求。创新是时代发展的必然要求,中式烹调的创新发展是必须要关注的内容。基于此,本文从创新的角度出发,对中式餐饮的发展思路进行简要解析,旨在提升其核心竞争力。
Affected by the rapid development of social economy,people’s living standards have been continuously improved,and the traditional eating habits of the general public have also changed to some extent.Only through continuous innovation and development can make Chinese catering better meet the needs of social development.Innovation is the inevitable requirement of the development of the times.As one of the four quintessence of China,the innovation and development of Chinese cuisine must also be paid attention to.Based on this,from the perspective of innovation,this paper briefly analyzes the ideas of the development of Chinese catering,in order to improve its core competitiveness.
