摘要
“双师型”教师是高职院校发展的根本保证和关键力量。我国中西部高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设存在教师队伍建设机制不健全、师资结构不合理、培训考核措施不完善、校企双向流通不通畅等难题。相比之下,国外同类院校教师队伍建设机制相对成熟,尤其是德国应用科技大学的“双师型”教师队伍建设模式颇具特色。在分析和借鉴德国应用科技大学“双师型”教师队伍建设机制与经验的基础上,我国应优化“双师型”教师队伍结构,实现专兼结合;提升社会地位,增强“双师型”教师职业吸引力;发挥政府导向作用,落实高校回应政策;找准校企结合点,激发合作动能。
"Double qualified" teachers are the fundamental guarantee and key force for the development of higher vocational colleges. There are some problems in the construction of "double qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges in central and western China, such as imperfect teacher construction mechanism, unreasonable teacher structure, imperfect training and assessment measures, and blocked two-way circulation between schools and enterprises. In contrast, the construction mechanism of teachers’ team in similar foreign colleges and universities is relatively mature, especially the "double qualified" teacher team construction model of German university of applied science and technology is quite unique. On the basis of analyzing and learning from the construction mechanism and experience of "double qualified" teachers in German university of applied science and technology, China should optimize the structure of "double qualified" teachers and realize the combination of full-time and part-time teachers;Enhance the social status and enhance the professional attraction of "double qualified" teachers;Give full play to the guiding role of the government and implement the response policies of colleges and universities;Identify the combination point between schools and enterprises and stimulate the momentum of cooperation.
