摘要
“双师型”教师队伍的结构与质量对推进职业教育高质量发展至关重要。新时代,“三教”改革对“双师型”教师队伍建设提出了新的目标与要求,但不同区域、不同学校的“双师型”教师在认定标准、培养模式及考核评价等方面存在着显著差异,出现认定与评价标准单一、进入和选用路径较窄、培训及发展渠道偏少等问题。基于此,从转变引才观念,架设立体引才通道;搭建成长阶梯,促进团队一体化发展;改革培养模式,适应个体发展需要;突出能力本位,建立评价标准体系;坚持激励导向,健全动态评聘机制等维度提出解决对策。
The structure and quality of "double qualified" teachers play a vital role in promoting the high-quality development of vocational education. The "three education" has puts forward new goals and requirements for the construction of "double qualified" teachers, but there are significant differences in the identification standards,training modes and assessment and evaluation of "double qualified" teachers in different regions and schools, there are some problems such as single identification and evaluation standards, narrow access and selection paths, and few training and development channels. Based on this, we should change the concept of talent introduction and set up a three-dimensional talent introduction channel;Build a growth ladder to promote the integrated development of the team;Reform the training mode to meet the needs of individual development;Highlight the ability standard and establish the evaluation standard system;Adhere to the incentive orientation, improve the dynamic evaluation and employment mechanism, and put forward countermeasures.
