我国中西部中职教育未来发展浅析——基于教育券视角

Analysis on the Future Development of Secondary Vocational Education in Midwest China——Based on the Idea of Education Voucher

新中国成立以来,我国中西部地区的职业教育整体上得到较大发展。然而,受区域差异及教育观念的影响,中西部中职教育的发展依旧面临困境。文章通过分析我国中西部中职教育的发展现状,指出在国家政策的支持下,西部教育仍然存在生源流失严重、生源质量偏低、专业特色不突出等问题,提出在引进教育券"效率性""竞争性"的同时,结合我国实际情况,赋予教育券"特色性""纽带性",助推我国中西部中职教育持续健康发展。

Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the vocational education in the central and western regions of China has been greatly developed.However,influenced by regional differences and educational concepts,the development of secondary vocational education in the central and western regions is still facing difficulties.Based on the analysis of the development status of secondary vocational education in central and western China,this paper points out that with the support of national policies,there are some problems,such as serious loss of students,low quality of students,and lack of prominent professional characteristics.It is proposed that while introducing the“efficiency”and“competitiveness”of education vouchers,combining with the actual situation in China,we should endow them with“characteristics”and"ties"to promote the sustainable and healthy development of secondary vocational education in central and western China.
