摘要
采用挤出拉伸烧结法制备聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)中空纤维膜。通过调整分散树脂、润滑剂等原材料配比制得中空纤维膜。研究发现以DF132F树脂、Isopar G润滑剂为原料,选择最佳原料质量比为100∶24时,可制备出具有最佳性能的PTFE中空纤维膜。
PTFE hollow fiber membranes were prepared by adjusting the ratio of raw materials such as dispersion resin and lubricant through paste extrusion-stretching-sintering processes.It was found that when DF132F resin and Isopar G lubricant were used as raw materials,and the optimal material proportion was 100∶24,the prepared PTFE hollow fiber membranes had the best properties.
