钢基材表面磷酸钾镁水泥浆体涂层制备及其性能

摘要 为开发维护周期长的新型无机防腐涂料,研究了掺入硅灰、偏高岭土和粉煤灰改性后,磷酸钾镁水泥浆体的强度、体积变形、水稳定性、吸水率和水化温度等性能及其影响。结果表明,硅灰可以显著提高浆体的早期抗压和抗折强度,偏高岭土对其后期强度提升明显;粉煤灰的掺入改善了浆体粘结抗折强度倒缩的问题。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、热重分析(TG)、差热分析(DTA)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析涂层形貌,表明矿物掺合料的活性成分参与水化反应提高了反应速度,未参与反应的细小颗粒填充于水化晶体间使涂层内部结构更加致密,提升了磷酸钾镁水泥浆体的水稳定性。 To develop a new inorganic corrosion protection coating with a long maintenance period,the strength,volume deformation,water stability,water absorption and hydration temperature of potassium magnesium phosphate cement paste with three mineral admixtures(silica fume,metakaolin and fly ash)and their influencing laws were studied.Experimental results showed that the compressive and flexural strength of paste could be improved by adding silica fume in early hydration ages,while metakaolin had the greatest effect on its later.The addition of fly ash had improved(solved)the shrinkage of bending bond strength.X-ray diffraction(XRD),thermogravimetric analysis(TG),differential thermal analysis(DTA)and scanning electron microscope(SEM)showed that the active components of mineral admixtures participated in hydration and improved the reaction speed.The small particles that did not participate in hydration were filled in the crystals to make the microstructure denser and improved the water stability of magnesium phosphate cement paste.
