摘要 以2021年全国大学生数学建模竞赛题“生产企业原材料的订购与运输”为研究对象,通过对402家供应商的数据和供货特征量化分析,确定六个选择供应商的评价指标,分别为企业订货需求、供应商总供货能力、供应商供货量均值、供应商原材料提供率、供应商库存富余量和供应商供货量均衡性;利用熵权法对各评价因子计算指标权重并建立多指标评价模型;将供应商各项得分加权计算后按降序排列,选择前50家供应商,为提高选择供应商的精确度,利用TOPSIS模型进行决策分析。 The paper takes "Raw Material Ordering and Transportation of Production Enterprises" as the research object in the 2021 National Mathematical Modeling Competition for College Students, six evaluation indicators for selecting suppliers are determined through data analysis of 402 suppliers and quantitative analysis of suppliers′ supply characteristics including the order demand of the enterprise, the total supply capacity of the supplier, the average supply quantity of the supplier, the raw material supply rate of the supplier, the inventory surplus of the supplier, and the balance of the supply quantity of the supplier.The entropy weight method is used to calculate the index weight of each evaluation factor and establish the multi-index evaluation model.The top 50 suppliers are selected after the weighted calculation method of each supplier′s score is calculated in ascending or descending order to improve the accuracy of supplier selection and TOPSIS model was used for decision-making analysis.
