介绍了核电站用核级大口径超长远距离闸阀在国内外发展的现状,说明了研制核级大口径超长远距离闸阀的必要性。介绍了燃料运输通道闸阀样机的技术参数,对其设计和研制重点进行了详细阐述。对燃料运输通道闸阀的结构设计进行了说明,并分别对阀体阀盖结构、闸板结构、阀杆结构进行了设计特点介绍。叙述了阀门的出厂试验及相关鉴定试验过程和试验结果。核级大口径超长远距离闸阀的研究解决了目前该类阀门普遍存在的问题,实现了核级大口径超长远距离闸阀的自主国产化及工程应用。

This paper introduces the development status of nuclear grade large diameter and long distance gate valve used in nuclear power plants at home and abroad,and explains the necessity of developing nuclear grade large diameter and long distance gate valve.The technical parameters of the prototype gate valve of fuel transport channel are introduced,and the key points of its design and development are described in detail.The structural design of gate valve of fuel transportation passage is described,and the design characteristics of valve body,valve cover,gate and valve stem are introduced respectively.The factory test and related appraisal test process and test results of valve are described.The research of nuclear large diameter and long distance gate valve solves the common problems of this kind of valve and realizes the independent localization and engineering application of nuclear large diameter and long distance gate valve.
