摘要
研制一种可使用于介质温度达900℃高温工况或温度交变工况的高温蝶阀。介绍了其内部结构与功能特点。对高温蝶阀进行高温工况温度场、应力场和动力学分析,得到了关键部件的表面温度分布、应力分布及应力响应曲线。通过对仿真结果分析,高温蝶阀能够满足高温工况下可靠使用的要求。
A kind of high temperature butterfly valve which can be used for medium temperature up to 900℃or temperature alternating condition is developed.Its internal structure and functional characteristics are introduced.The temperature field,stress field and dynamics of high temperature butterfly valve were analyzed,and the surface temperature distribution,stress distribution and stress response curves of key components were obtained.Through the analysis of the simulation results,the high temperature butterfly valve can meet the requirements of reliable use under high temperature conditions.
