《黑图档·道光朝》所见盛京将军衙门土地管理

Land Management of General Shengjing's Yamen from Daoguang Period of Hetu Dangse

盛京作为清朝的“龙兴”之地,见证了清朝的崛起和发展,留下了许多举足轻重的档案史料。《黑图档·道光朝》为道光元年(1821)至道光三十年(1850)盛京内务府与其他部门间往来公文的抄件,记录了道光年间盛京各部之间的交流与往来,为研究盛京将军衙门的土地管理职责提供了非常宝贵的第一手资料。从《黑图档·道光朝》内盛京将军衙门往来公文中涉及土地的档案入手,结合清代土地制度,研究盛京将军衙门的土地管理职责,以期充实盛京将军衙门的研究内容,为深入研究盛京将军衙门提供借鉴。

Shengjing,as the ground of dragon rising of Qing Dynasty,witnessed the rise and development of it,leaving a lot of important archives and historical materials.Daoguang Period of Hetu Dangse is a copy of official documents exchanged between the Internal Affairs Office of Shengjing and other departments from the first year of Daoguang(1821)to the 30th year of Daoguang(1850).It records the exchanges and contacts between different departments in Shengjing during Daoguang period and provides valuable first-hand information for studying the land management duty of Shengjing General Yamen.This paper starts with the land-related archives in the official documents of Shengjing General Yamen in Daoguang Period of Hetu Dangse,and studies the land management duty of Shengjing General Yamen in combination with the land system of Qing Dynasty,in order to enrich the research content of Shengjing General Yamen and provide reference for in-depth study on Shengjing General Yamen.
