档案记载着个人活动、社会组织、国家机关的情况,是社会发展最为重要的信息存储形式,拥有“存史资政”的功能,能够帮助人们借助档案留存经验、汲取教训、优化举措。档案管理是我国教育事业与档案事业得以发展的有机组成部分。然而在档案管理中,却存在意识、机制、开发及信息化等层面的问题,需要我们在明确档案管理内容、性质及原则的基础上,结合问题表现形式,提出有助于档案管理水平提升的思路和策略,优化档案管理机制,促进我国档案事业的健康发展。

Archives record the situation of personal activities, social organizations and state organs. It is the most important form of information storage for social development. With the function of "preserving history and helping administration", archives can help people to gain experience, learn lessons and optimize measures. Archives management is an organic part of the development of education and archives undertaking in China. However, in archives management, there are problems in consciousness, mechanism,development and informatization levels, which requires us to to clarify the archives management content, nature and principle. On the basis of manifestation form of the problems, we need to put forward thoughts and strategies that are conductive to improving archives management level, optimize the archives management mechanism, and promote the healthy development of archives undertaking in our country.
