籼型三系不育系万53A的选育与应用

Breeding and Application of Indica CMS Line Wan 53A in Rice

万53A是重庆三峡农业科学院以D62B与中9B杂交F1代为父本,以优质保持系IR58025B为母本复交后,在F4代选出优良单株再与中9A测交并连续回交多代后转育而成的籼型三系不育系。该不育系具有生育期适中、配合力好等优点,于2020年通过重庆市农作物品种审定委员会技术鉴定。万53A与万恢16所配组合万53优16于2021年通过了重庆市品种审定。

Derived from the multiple cross between the high-quality maintainer IR58025B as the female and the F1plant of D62B and Zhong 9B as the male followed by the testcross of the elite single plants in its F4 population to Zhong 9A and subsequent successive backcrosses over years,Wan 53A is an indica CMS line in rice developed by the Three Gorges Academy of Agricultural Sciences in Chongqing.With the advantages of suitable growth period and good combining ability,it was technically identified in Chongqing in 2020.The hybrid combination Wan 53 You 16(Wan 53A/Wanhui 16)was registered and released to commercial production by Chongqing Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in 2021.
