自拟养血熄风汤加减联合火针疗法治疗血虚风燥型神经性皮炎患者的效果

Effects of self-made Yangxue Xifeng decoction combined with fire needle therapy on patients with neurodermatitis of blood deficiency and wind-dryness type

目的:观察自拟养血熄风汤加减联合火针疗法治疗血虚风燥型神经性皮炎患者的效果。方法:选取80例血虚风燥型神经性皮炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各40例。对照组予以火针疗法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合自拟养血熄风汤加减治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%(38/40),高于对照组的77.50%(31/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组皮损形态、皮损面积、苔藓样变数目、色素沉着、肥厚程度和瘙痒程度等中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论:自拟养血熄风汤加减联合火针疗法治疗血虚风燥型神经性皮炎患者可提高治疗总有效率,以及降低中医证候积分,其效果优于单纯火针疗法。

Objective:To observe effects of self-made Yangxue Xifeng decoction combined with fire needle therapy on patients with neurodermatitis of blood deficiency and wind-dryness type.Methods:80 patients with neurodermatitis of blood deficiency and wind-dryness type were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by using the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with fire needle therapy,while the observation group was treated with self-made Yangxue Xifeng decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical effects,the TCM syndrome score and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than the control group of 77.50%(31/40),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores such as skin lesion shape,skin lesion area,number of lichenoid changes,pigmentation,degree of hypertrophy and degree of pruritus in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment period,there were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusions:Self-made Yangxue Xifeng decoction combined with fire needle therapy can improve the total effective rate of treatment and reduce the TCM syndrome scores in the patients with neurodermatitis of blood deficiency and wind-dryness type.Moreover,it is superior to single fire needle therapy.
