围手术期综合护理干预对阑尾炎手术康复效果的分析

Analysis of the Effect of Perioperative Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on the Operation and Rehabilitation of Appendicitis

目的分析观察围手术期综合护理干预对阑尾炎患者手术康复效果的影响。方法将2017年9月至2018年9月到我院治疗的86例阑尾炎患者按照随机的方法分为观察组和对照组,均为43例。分别对两组患者通过综合护理和常规护理实施围手术期护理干预,对不同护理的效果进行对比。结果①观察组经过护理与对照组相比缩短了肛门排气时间、下床活动时间和住院时间,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。②观察组(3例,6.98%)相比对照组(13例,30.23%)经过护理后降低了并发症的发生率,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。③护理前,两组患者均存在较重的焦虑和抑郁心理,疼痛程度较重,且差异不明显(P>0.05),护理后,观察组的焦虑和抑郁心理都明显得到减轻,疼痛也得到明显的改善,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。④护理前,两组患者的睡眠质量较差,且组间差异不显著(P>0.05),经过护理后,观察组患者的睡眠质量改善效果比对照组更为显著,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。⑤观察组(41例,95.35%)患者对护理的满意认可度相对对照组(34例,79.07%)明显更高,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论阑尾炎患者手术治疗期间提供围手术期综合护理干预可快速缓解患者临床症状,降低并发症,对患者机体产生的损害,减轻患者的疼痛,缓解患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪,提高整体睡眠质量,提高患者临床护理满意度,有利于提高患者预后,值得推荐。

Objective To analyze and observe the effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention on the surgical rehabilitation of patients with appendicitis.Methods From September 2017 to September 2018,86 patients with appendicitis who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 43 cases in both.The perioperative nursing intervention was implemented in the two groups of patients through comprehensive nursing and routine nursing,and the effects of different nursing were compared.Compare the effects of different treatments.Results(1)Compared with the control group after nursing,the observation group shortened the anus exhaust time,the time of getting out of bed and the hospitalization time,and there were statistical differences(P<0.05).(2)The observation group(3 cases,6.98%)compared with the control group(13 cases,30.23%),the incidence of complications was reduced after nursing,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).(3)Before nursing,patients in both groups had serious anxiety and depression,the degree of pain was heavier,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05).After nursing,the anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly relieved,and the pain was also significantly improved,there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).(4)Before nursing,the patients in the two groups had poor quality sleep,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05).After nursing,the improvement effect of sleep quality in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group,there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).(5)The patients in the observation group(41 cases,95.35%)had a significantly higher degree of satisfaction and recognition of nursing care than those in the control group(34 cases,79.07%),there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing comprehensive perioperative nursing intervention during surgical treatment of appendicitis patients can quickly relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce complications,damage to the patient's body,reduce patient pain,relieve patient anxiety and depression,and improve overall sleep quality.Improving patients'satisfaction with clinical care is conducive to improving the prognosis of patients and is worthy of recommendation.
