细菌培养与涂片镜检在微生物检验中的临床价值分析

Clinical Value Analysis of Bacterial Culture and Smear Microscopy in Microbiological Examination

目的探究细菌培养与涂片镜检在微生物检验中的临床价值,确定高效、准确的检测方法,以便为后续工作提供指导价值。方法抽选样本的起始时间是2018年2月,抽选样本的截止时间是2019年2月,均是我院检验科在上述时间段收集的样本,共有300个样本,分别进行细菌培养和涂片镜检,判断不同检查方法的诊断结果。观察指标为标本直接涂片镜检的合格率、标本涂片镜检ABC三类与细菌的检出率的关系、合格标本涂片镜检结果与细菌培养的符合率。结果在300例标本中,涂片镜检合格的标本259例,合格率为86.33%,其中A类标本132例,占总数的44.00%,B类标本127例,占总数42.33%,涂片镜检不合格标本C类41例,占总数的13.67%。300例标本中,205例为阳性,检出率为68.33%,涂片镜检259例,涂片镜检出的细菌数为192例,检出率为74.13%,涂片不合格标本为41例,检出细菌13例,检出率为31.70%。259例合格标本共检出致病菌214例,涂片镜检合格标本涂片与细菌培养结果总符合率为82.62%。结论涂片镜检可以提前做出预测报告,作为诊断的初步依据,指导临床合理用药,两种诊断方法相互补充,增加可靠性,为临床正确分析细菌学检验结果提供参考。

Objective To explore the clinical value of bacterial culture and smear microscopic examination in microbiological examination,and to determine effective and accurate detection methods,so as to provide guidance for the follow-up work.Methods The sampling time was February 2018,and the sampling deadline was February 2019.All the samples were collected by the laboratory section of our hospital.There were 300 samples for bacterial culture and smear microscopic examination,to judge the diagnostic results of different examination methods,the observation indexes were the qualified rate of direct smear microscopic examination,the relationship between ABC test and bacteria detection rate,the coincidence rate of qualified smear microscopic examination and bacteria culture.Results In 300 subjects,there were 259 specimens of the lamination mirror test.The qualified rate was 86.33%,of which 132 cases A were specimens,accounting for 44.00% of the total,and 127 cases B specimens,accounting for 42.33%,smear.The mirror test is unqualified by 41 cases of class C,accounting for 13.67% of the total.In 300 subjects,205 cases were positive,the detection rate was 68.33%,and 259 cases of smear test.The number of bacteria detected by the smear mirror was 192 cases,and the detection rate was 74.13%.The smear was unqualified.In case,13 cases of bacteria were detected and the detection rate was 31.70%.259 cases of qualified specimens were detected by 24 cases of pathogenic bacteria,and the total compliance rate of coating and bacterial culture results were 82.62%.Conclusion The smear microscopic examination can make the prediction report in advance,as the primary basis of diagnosis,guide clinical rational drug use,the two diagnostic methods complement each other,increase reliability,and provide reference for clinical correct analysis of bacteriological examination results.
