理中丸加味治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡的效果分析

Effect of Lizhong Pills in Treating Spleen and Stomach Deficiency Type of Stomach Ulcer

目的探讨理中丸加味治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡的效果。方法选取本院收治的92例脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡患者,采用红蓝双色球法将其分成两组各46例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在此基础上采用理中丸加味治疗,2个月后比较两组患者的临床症状变化情况,对比疗效。结果治疗前观察组患者的临床症状积分(9.81±1.02)分与对照组的(9.73±1.26)分比较无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后观察组的临床症状积分(2.14±0.47)分明显低于对照组的(4.48±0.69)分(P<0.05);观察组总有效率(89.13%)明显高于对照组(71.74%)(P<0.05);两组治疗前胃泌素、生长抑素水平无较大差异(P>0.05);治疗后观察组胃泌素水平低于对照组,且生长抑素水平高于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论理中丸加味治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡能够明显减轻患者临床症状,疗效显著。

Objective To explore the effect of Lizhong Pills in the treatment of spleen-stomach deficiency and cold-type gastric ulcer.Methods Ninety-two patients with spleen-stomach-deficiency type gastric ulcer admitted to our hospital were divided into two groups of 46 cases by red and blue two-color ball method.The control group was treated with conventional therapy.The observation group was treated with Lizhong Pills on the basis of this.After 2 months,the clinical symptoms of the two groups were compared and the curative effect was compared.Results The clinical symptom score(9.81±1.02)of the observation group before treatment was not significantly different from that of the control group(9.73±1.26)(P>0.05);the clinical symptom score of the observation group after treatment(2.14±0.47)was significant It was lower than the control group(4.48±0.69)points(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group(89.13%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(71.74%)(P<0.05);the two groups had gastrin and growth before treatment There was no significant difference in the level of statin(P>0.05);after treatment,the gastrin level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the level of somatostatin was higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Lizhong Pills can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of patients with gastric ulcer of spleen and stomach deficiency and cold,and the effect is significant.
