中西医综合护理干预妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症疗效研究

Study on Curative Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy

目的本研究在继承诸多学者理论和临床实践的基础上,结合中医调护及现代医学护理方法,总结出一套妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症护理干预措施,具有中西医结合的优势,同样体现了中医学的护理特色,进一步为患者的治疗提供临床支持。方法选取自2020年8月1日至2021年8月1日1年间在本院分娩的妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者84例。对照组患者实行常规护理模式,观察组患者中西医综合护理干预采用,对比治疗护理成果。结果从护理上看,观察组产妇剖宫产率为28.57%,对照组则为61.90%,差异显著。此外,观察组产妇的产程用时较少,即总产程用时为(375.45±4.89)min,与对照组的(496.49±6.52)min相比,差异具有统计学意义。在患者心理状态对比中,观察组患者的焦虑SAS和抑郁SDS评估结果均低于对照组(P<0.05)。最后,以观察组对护理工作满意度更高。结论采用中西医综合护理干预妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症,患者分娩自我效能可得到显著提高,负性情绪及妊娠结局均明显改善,患者满意度较高,对于母婴身心健康具有重要意义。

Objective Based on the theory and clinical practice of many scholars,combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing and modern medical nursing methods,this study summed up a set of nursing intervention measures for intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy,which has the advantages of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,and also reflects the nursing characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,and further provides clinical support for the treatment of patients.Methods Eighty-four patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy who gave birth in our hospital from August 1,2020 to August 1,2021 were selected.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing mode,while patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention of traditional Chinese and western medicine,and the results of treatment and nursing were compared.Results From the nursing point of view,the cesarean section rate of the observation group was 28.57%,while that of the control group was 61.90%,with significant difference.In addition,the labor time of the observation group was less,that is,the total labor time was(375.45±4.89)min,which was significantly different from that of the control group(496.49±6.52)min.In the comparison of patients'psychological state,the evaluation results of anxiety SAS and depression SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Finally,the observation group was more satisfied with nursing work.Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention of traditional Chinese and western medicine on intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy can significantly improve the delivery self-efficacy,the negative emotions and pregnancy outcomes,and the patients'satisfaction is high,which is of great significance to the physical and mental health of mothers and infants.
